A Constitutional Amendment To Protect Marriage
The California Supreme Court has given us yet another reason that we must have a constitutional amendment to protect marriage. After thousands of years of human history and more than 200 years of American history in which marriage was an institution between one man and one woman, a California Judge, Richard Kramer, has said differently. In his ruling he says, "It appears that no rational purpose exists for limiting marriage in this state [California] to opposite -- sex partners."
Rulings like this affirm the need for the Marriage Protection Ammendment. Please take a moment to contact your senators and your representatives and urge them to sponsor these bills.
